These terms cover the Fives iPhone app and this website, made by Tundra Industries, Hawaii, United States. Using the app means you accept them.
What Fives is
A log. You tell it what you lifted, it stores it on your phone and works out what to put on the bar next time.
What Fives is not
Fives is not a coach and not medical advice. It does not know your age, your injuries, your technique or your day. Barbell training carries real risk of injury. You decide what to lift, you warm up, and you stop when you should. Talk to a doctor before starting a training program. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury arising from your training.
Your data
Your log is yours and it lives on your phone. We do not receive it, host it, or back it up. Keeping it is your job — use an iPhone backup, or export a CSV with Pro. Resetting the app or deleting it deletes the log for good.
Fives Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores on devices signed in to it. Prices may change for future buyers.
The free tier is a complete tracker. If Pro ever stops working the way this site describes, email us.
Fair use
Do not decompile, tamper with, or resell the app, and do not try to unlock Pro without buying it. Do not use our name or marks as if the app were yours.
Availability
The app and this site are provided as they are, without warranties. We may change or end features. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tundra Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the app and this page will say so before the change takes effect.
